Systém tlumení TwinLoc
Více o systému TwinLoc zde: https://www.scott-sports.com/page/twinloc Pomocí technologie TwinLoc může jezdec snadno, účinně a kompletně ovládat rám, vidlici a tlumič jako jeden systém. Proč je to důležité? Správně nastavené kolo se zdvihem 150 mm se zanoří víc (má větší sag) než kolo se zdvihem 130 mm. Větší zdvih znamená větší zábavu při jízdě a lépe zvládnuté sjezdy, na druhou stranu má větší sag negativní dopad na geometrii kola a výkon při stoupání. Právě tady rozhoduje TwinLoc. TwinLoc umí ovlivnit efekt zanoření několika způsoby. Zatímco většina systémů pouze zvyšuje nízkorychlostní kompresi z důvodu vyšší účinnosti při šlapání, TwinLoc nám umožňuje nejen změnit kompresi při stlačování tlumiče, ale zároveň i pružinovou křivku a tlumení odskoku, čímž dynamicky změní geometrii kola. V režimu Trail je tlumič nejen tužší, ale má i výrazně omezený zdvih. Jízdní pozice je vyšší, úhel sedlové trubky ostřejší, kolo se stává celkově hbitější. Technologie nabízí také třetí, plně uzamčený režim vhodný ke zdolání stoupání tím nejúčinnějším možným způsobem. Tato unikátní nastavení optimalizují geometrii na stoupání, dokonce i u kol s větším zdvihem. Umíme odstranit „efekt velkého zdvihu“, který může ubrat účinnost při šlapání, ale o jízdu z kopce s plnou parádou 150 mm zdvihu vás nepřipravíme. Počínaje závodním nastavením, přes rychlý výjezd o polední pauze až po trailovou vyjížďku po práci, je možnost přepínat mezi jednotlivými režimy, v závislosti na profilu terénu, pouhým stlačením páčky naprosto rozhodující - jízda je rychlejší a vy si ji zatraceně dobře užijete.
One Frame, Two Wheel Sizes
With our mountain bikes, we try to achieve ultimate versatility. These specific models can switch from 27.5" to 29" or from 24" to 26" wheels with nothing more than the flip of a chip. No need to change the fork, all you need to do is flip a shock mount chip, change your wheels and off you go. The flip chip allows us to maintain a similar BB height when switching from one wheel size to the other which is key to keeping handling similar for both wheel sizes.
BOSCH POWER TUBE
Thanks to their range, long service life, intelligent battery management system and easy handling, Bosch Power Tube lithium-ion batteries are among the most modern on the market. All those decades of Bosch experience has paid off! Most of our frames are compatible with a 625Wh battery, so feel free to upgrade your 400 or 500Wh for a bigger Power Tube.
SYNCROS FORK STOP HEADSET
Developed in collaboration with Syncros for the Genius eRIDE, the fork stop restricts the range of motion to 60 degrees, preventing the fork crown from impacting the frame, protecting you and your bike.
SCOTT eRIDE RANGE EXTENDER- MTB
SCOTT eRIDE engineering team has developed a specific mount which is fixed on the bottle cage slots. A standard 500Wh Bosch battery can be added on the Range Extender mount. This result in a total of 1125Wh. To recharge, just one charger is needed. The Bosch digital display will take into consideration both batteries. Focus on your journey and not on your battery level! Compatible with the Genius/Strike/Aspect/Axis eRIDE.
SCOTT IMPACT DAMPER
The bottom bracket area is exposed to flying rocks or other potential impacts, therefore we have developed our own specific skid plate, the “Impact Damper”. It is reinforced to handle impacts, is covered with a rubber layer to reduce noise and is ventilated to improve drive unit airflow.
BOSCH PERFORMANCE CX GEN 4 DRIVE UNIT
The new Performance CX generation is now 48% smaller and 25% lighter compare to the previous generation. More compact but no less powerful, the new Bosch Performance CX Generation 4 comes with a maximum power output of 75Nm and 340%. Choose between 5 assist modes or opt for the comfort of the eMTB mode which automatically adapts the assistance like an automatic gearbox does in a car.
eRIDE ADVANCED DESIGN
With this new E-Bike generation, the design has been pushed further than ever before. More than a battery integrated into the frame, we see the bike as a system where every part must be taken into consideration. Therefore, to improve the integration, we have worked a lot on the line continuity but also on the design balance from the headtube to the dropouts. Enjoy a bike with a unique character!
Rack & fenders
Feel free to install a rack and the corresponding fender set. The frame has dedicated fixation points for a clean and reliable solution. Racks and fenders are available on the Accessories page of the website.
Light ready
In order to mount a front or rear light, we have already routed the cables in the frame, and there is no need for an extra battery – the power comes straight from the drive unit battery.
